In this photograph Bishop Emilio Allue gives Father Jorge A. Reyes the Catechism of the Catholic Church at Reyes' installation as the priest of St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Reges was the first Hispanic man to lead the parish which came about after the merger of St. Mary Immaculada and Asuncion de la Virgen Maria. On the altar are Deacon Domingo Naveo (left) and father Carlos Urbina.
