This book is about the American Jewish Conferences and all the different meetings that were held. There is an invitation to the Pittsburgh meeting by Henry Monsky, there is the discussion on the meeting, the outline of the plenary sessions, the organizations, the election procedures and results, the Symposium on general problems, etc... These books contain sessions and dates. 1979.051.041 is missing. The first book, which is 1979.051.042, is the proceedings of the First Session, and its date is August 29 to September 2, 1943. The second book which is accessioned as 1979.051.043 is the proceeding of the Second Session, which is dated December 3-5, 1944. The third book that is accessioned as 1979.051.044 is the proceedings of the Fourth Session and it is dated November 29 - December 1, 1947.
