This photograph shows the theaters on Broadway in Lawrence in 1941. This part of the street was called Theater Row. The theaters shown are the Palace, Broadway, Modern, and Strand Theaters. There are cars on the street as well as several people, including a policeman. The writing below the image says "Lawrence's Famous Theater Row on B'Way, 1941."
