This book discusses the building of the Pemberton Mill, the specifications of the building, as well as the fall of the mill and the subsequent rescue attempts of trapped workers. It also covers attempts to raise money for effected families, and attempts to honor those that died. The names of those killed are listed, as are many of those who were injured. There are also tales of how some of the workers were rescued.
