Immigrant Homebuyers in Lawrence and Lowell, Massachusetts: Keys to the Revitalization of the Cities. December 2005: In 2003 the Immigrant Learning center, Inc. (ILL) launched a public education initiative to raise the visibility of immigrants as assets to America. Both studies highlight unnoticed contributions of immigrants to the economic development of communities."( Preface). Report includes Introduction; Research Design; Summary of Key Findings; Immigrant Homebuyers in Lawrence, Massachusetts: Revitalization Engine for the City; Immigrant Homebuyers in Lowell, Massachusetts: Contributing to the Revitalization of the City; References; Appendices.
