Photographic print of Grade 6 class from the Bruce School, Lawrence, MA, 1927. The image is 14 inches by 9 inches, sepia colored and in very fragile condition. The top of the image has an inscription that is partially torn off "class of...taken...the 6th grade...forget" Perhaps it said "class of 1927 taken during 6th grade never forget". On the bottom, "Lawrence, Mass School series", "Alexander B. Bruce School, Grade 6", and "Supplement to The Boston Herald" are printed.

The 6th graders are pictured posing in a group outside the school.

The back of the cardboard the photo is matted to has cartoon artwork/drawings of little girls having a tea party and washing dishes and blowing bubbles. There are also images of a ship, tea kettle, pots and pans and an Indian and teepee.
