"View of property at 19 Cross St., Lawrence, MA. On October 6, 1964 Essex Savings Bank sold this property to Richard J. and Janet M. Labrecque and Andre and Eleanor Pelletier." Notice the partially stained-glass windows down the center of the building.

The image is very clear, however the actual photograph has slight rust damage along its sides.
