"View of property at 357-359 Chestnut St., Lawrence, MA. On August 28, 1964, Peter Iantidos sold this property to Bertha Church and Emma Wheeler." The small cotage sits away from the street behind a chain link fence. There is a swing set in the front yard.

Though the image is clear, the actual photograph (Copy 2), has slight rust damage along its edges.
