Core

The reason these images are with the Baptist Church is because the Church suffered a fire and held services tempoarily at City Hall. Identifying with their ( the Baptists) plight , Trinity Church offered the BAptist congregation an invitation to use their Church. It reads, in part, " It is well known among the people of our two churchs that Trinity Church has extended to the Calvary Baptisit Church an oral invitation to join with Trinity Church in the Sunday morning service during the period between the time when your church leaves City Hall and the later time when its own building is available for use. Dated April 6, 1923. The Calvary Baptisit Church was burned a serious fire. Note taken from the church records.
