Ku Klux Klan member and horse(all in KKK hoods and robes) riding down a street with a float. 2 young boys follow them on bicycles. A woman and young child walk on the sidewalk. The float consists of a model of a small brick structure with a "District No. 3" sign on it. Donor is not sure if it is Lawrence.
