"Lower Pacific MIlls - Weaving Dept, Lawrence, MA.". A black and white photograph showing cloth being processed by the weaving loom machines. Overhead lights are suspended from the ceiling. Large windows run along the wall. There are smaller windows along the back wall - typically for the supervisor to observe the work floor from their office.

There is a large 'glare' that covers the middle of the photograph. There is some staining. It appears the photo was taped with masking tape at some point and small pieces are still attached to the photograph.
