"Pacific Flume Repairs - 1917."

A small body of water extends out of a tunnel, each side having short wood stumps. Four men stand on the left side posing on the dirt ground and three men stand on right. Two men are seen standing on a small wooden strip that extends over the body of water. The tunnel is amde out of stone and trees are seen on the right side. All the men wear work clothes that seem dirty and well worn.
