Tenement Echoes is a work of fiction (or perhaps historical fiction) that explores life in early 20th-century textile mill towns. It centers on immigrant families living in tenements—struggling with minimal wages and tough living conditions. The narrative also addresses the added hardships brought by World War II. Themes include daily struggles, family life, loss, joy, and the complex social fabric of communities affected by war and immigration.
