Summary: Tape describes Ms. Petralia's trip to U.S. from Naples. Travel to Lawrence by boat and train from N.Y. Experiences working in the Washington and Wood mills, Strikes of 1912 and 1918. Living conditions in Sicily in 1907 while living abroad. Seeing Arabians at hotel in Naples for first time. Loss of property because could not read or write English. Irish/Italian relations in 1907.
