Eartha Dengler, founder of the Lawrence History Center~Immigrant City Archives in 1978, will be recognized by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) with the Outstanding American By Choice Initiative Recognition on September 15, 2009 at the Naturalization Ceremony at the Lawrence History Center.
